Reverting some edits
This text file is intended for some people who do not like some of the edits done for Megaman 3 Improvement and want to put them back.

** Rush Jet energy fix. This will force the weapon energy to drain if you're not currently standing on Jet.
I chose "not" to ever fix this because I felt it would have been a very highly un-popular edit, that alot of people might dislike.

00: Find E.Balancer hidden in a level. Place with MegaFLE editor.
01: Start with E.Balancer by default for entire game.

Note: I included this because it exists and is heard on Megaman Anniversary Collection for playstation 2/gamecube. It did not play on the NES, cause these 2 sounds try to play on the same frame.
